PTH Series Semi Enclosed Screw Modules
As a widely used linear transmission component, the PTH Series
semi-enclosed screw modules integrate semi-enclosed structures with
precision ball screw technology. They feature flexible
adaptability, high positioning accuracy, and outstanding
cost-effectiveness, capable of handling loads ranging from 20 to
200kg. Ideal for industrial scenarios requiring precision under
conditions of moderate environmental cleanliness, these modules
strike a balance between performance and cost efficiency. - Flexible Protection: Boasting an IP54 dust and water resistance rating, they adopt a
one-piece profile shield with a single-side sealing design. This
effectively blocks large particulate dust and splashing liquids
while facilitating quick disassembly and inspection of internal
components, thereby enhancing maintenance efficiency.
- Precise and Stable Operation: Equipped with a standard C7-grade ball screw (with optional
grades), they achieve a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm and
maintain stability even at an operating speed of 1000mm/s, meeting
the positioning requirements of mid-range equipment.
- High Rigidity and Adaptability: With a maximum horizontal load of 200kg and vertical load of
100kg, they cover a stroke range of 100-2000mm. Supporting multiple
installation methods (horizontal, side-mounted, vertical), they are
