A vortex spun yarn consists of two parts, a parallel (core) component and a (outer) helically wrapped component. And the high speed and true twist are achieved by spiral wrapping. Compared with the traditional air-jet yarn, the wrapping degree is greatly improved. This yarn structure is more stable than the ring-spun yarn structure, and endows the final textile with many excellent characteristics after printing and dyeing.

These are available in the range Ne16s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
