The outer layer of the vortex yarn has a large proportion of regularly spirally wrapped fibers, accounting for about 60% of the total number of fibers, so that the inner untwisted fibers are almost completely covered, which overcomes the problem of the exposed core of the air-jet yarn, and the surface fiber arrangement is more similar to the traditional one. Ring spun yarn has a tighter structure.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
