The suitable raw materials for vortex spinning are basically the same as for ring spinning. Including natural fibers and chemical fibers with a certain length (31-60mm), rigidity should not be too large, and sufficient wrapping effect. Currently commonly used raw materials are cotton-type chemical fibers and medium-length chemical fibers below 51 mm, especially viscose fibers.

These are available in the range Ne10s to Ne60s. The regular blends are 93/5/2 meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre, 95/5 meta-aramid/para-aramid and 75/23/2meta-aramid/para-aramid/antistat fibre. Suitable for Protective Clothing, Labor Protection, Industrial application and sewing threads.
