cover plate swivel riveting, ultrasonic welding, pin assembly
welding, helium testing (airtightness testing), electrical testing,
and film application. Highlights • The entire line has a neat and aesthetically pleasing appearance; • The overall layout is reasonable, with each equipment having a
compact structure, and all auxiliary materials are unified on one
side to ensure convenient maintenance and loading; • Each equipment can achieve traceability, connecting to the MES
system, and can upload data to the system in real-time; • Apart from manual assistance in loading (the entire section is
staffed with 3-5 people), the production process is fully
automated; • Parts of the equipment that come into contact with the cover
plates are made of non-metallic materials to prevent metal dust
