workpieces, it integrates three core modules: five-axis linkage
fixed-point spraying, multi-frequency ultrasonic coupled cleaning,
and modular drying system, and supports full-scale cleaning and
drying from micron-level precision electronic components (such as
MEMS sensors) to large mechanical parts (such as automobile engine
blocks). With 128 configurable parameters (spray angle/ultrasonic
power/drying curve), it achieves 99.97% contaminant removal rate
and 0.01mm cleaning blind spot control, meeting the stringent
cleanliness standards of high-end manufacturing fields such as
aerospace, electronic semiconductors, and medical equipment.
