Intelligent process engine
Equipped with Siemens PLC 12-inch touchscreen, it supports 200 sets
of process recipe storage (cleaning time / vacuum degree curve /
drying temperature gradient)
Adaptive algorithm: Real-time monitoring of the contamination load
of the workpiece by means of a load cell (accuracy ±0.1g) and
automatic adjustment of the amount of solvent spray (adjustment
accuracy ±5%)
Safety interlock mechanism
Five-fold explosion-proof design:
(1) Vacuum chamber pressure sensor (range - 100kPa~200kPa, accuracy
0.1% FS) Rupture disc (operating pressure 1.2 times working
pressure)
(2) Solvent concentration alarm (LEL detection accuracy 1%) linked
to fresh air system (air exchange volume 1500m³/h)
(3) When the equipment is running, the hatch applies 500N
mechanical locking force to prevent misoperation
Data traceability system
Each batch generates SPC reports including vacuum curves, solvent
conductivity, and weight difference before and after drying, and
supports MES system API docking
Fault diagnosis response time <30 seconds: Vibration sensor
temperature sensor array to predict ultrasonic transducer anomalies
(98% accuracy) and condenser fouling (95% recognition).
Environmentally friendly and energy-efficient optimized design
Green manufacturing adaptation
40% reduction in solvent consumption: Annual solvent consumption
has been reduced from 1200L to 720L using vacuum distillation
regeneration technology (90% distillation efficiency, 60 minutes
per regeneration).
Exhaust emission standard: equipped with catalytic combustion unit
(treatment efficiency 99%), non-methane total hydrocarbon emission
concentration <10mg/m³ (better than GB 37822-2019 standard)
Energy efficiency improvement solutions
Intelligent Power Adjustment: The ultrasound system automatically
adjusts the output power (adjustment range 30%-100%) according to
the load, and the standby power consumption < 50W
Waste heat recovery: Waste heat from the drying phase is used to
preheat the new replenishment solvent with an energy consumption
ratio (EC) of 0.8 kWh/kg (1.5 kWh/kg ≥ conventional equipment)
