T: Yes,samples are available. We provide the small sized samples free of charge but without freight. For some complete samples, we charge them but will refund by next order.

T: For simple and standard storage systems, we provide the detailed assembly drawings and instructions. If possible, our engineers are available to help. For complicated projects such as shuttle racking, fully automated storage system, our engineers will go to the site for training and give guidance.
