Nanjing HUADE Storage Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in March, 1993. We are pioneered in rack manufacturing industry, and are one of the earliest professional manufacturer specializing in logistics storage systems, including warehouse planning, design, manufacturing and installing.
At present, we have a strong R & D team and professional manufacturing plants. In December 2009, a new factory with 66,000 square meters was built in Nanjing Jiangning Science Park. It indicates that HUADE has entered into a new stage of development. There are 5 professional manufacturing plants, more than 200 sets of equipments in the new factory. Annual production capacity is around 50,000 tons.
With partners from Japan and Europe, HUADE is dedicated in technical innovations, and actively improve and upgrade the products and technology to meet the international standards. HUADE has accomplished remarkable achievements on product optimization and automation, which favored by majority of customers in and abroad. In 2012, HUADE designed and manufactured the first fully automated high-density storage carrier & shuttle system in China. As a pioneer of high-density storage automation, we concentrate on providing the optimal proposal on automated storage systems, realizing limited space expansion by unlimited storage automation. ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification have been awarded since 2003. At the beginning of 2015, we became the member of MHI (Material handling institute) and received R-mark certificate of RMI.

We have a strong professional design research and development team with more or less 50 persons, and provide dedicated logistics & storage proposals and offer various kinds of customized light, medium and heavy duty racking, shelving systems & high-density automated storage systems, mobile racking and all kinds of racks for workstation tooling according to characteristics of logistics projects of different industries and on the basis of the mechanics theory & steel structure technology. Our objective is to maximize storage capacity and minimize the logistics cost for our customers.
There are five professional testing laboratories for logistics & storage devices: comprehensive testing Lab., racking load capacity and anti-seismic testing Lab., heavy duty mobile racking testing Lab., automated warehouse AS/RS testing Lab., and fully-automated shuttle racking testing Lab.
Since 2012, HUADE R & D has developed many new automated storage equipments and received 9 patents.
MHI is the largest material handling, logistics and supply chain association in USA. It includes the automated storage / retrieval system, Automatic Guided Vehicle Systems, Conveyors & Sortation Systems, Hoist Manufacturers Institute, Inc. Storage Equipment Manufacturers Asscociation and Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. and so on. In the year of 2015, HUADE has become one of the members of MHI in United States and received the R-MARK from RMI after the products being tested by the qualified engineers from MHI.
