Degassing of mango juice

Usually, mango juice contains a certain amount of air, which is stored in the fruit or mixed in the mango production process. This air will cause oxidation of the juice and corrosion of the container. We can extend its shelf life by exhausting the air with a vacuum degasser.

Mango juice homogenization

After degassing, mango juice will be homogenized 2-3 times in a homogenizer under a pressure of 20-25mpa. Then crush the large particles in the mango juice to 1-5 μ M U.M or less. Homogenization can unify the particles in the juice, regulate the precipitation and improve the taste of the beverage.
