JIS D 0203 R1 R2 S1 S2 rain test equipment is designed and
manufactured based on the JIS D 0203-1994 standard, specifically
for the four test types (R1, R2, S1, S2) outlined in "Test Methods
for Moisture and Water Resistance of Automotive Parts." It is ideal
for conducting moisture and water resistance tests on various
automotive components, ensuring they meet industry standards.
The equipment features a stainless steel water pump for water supply. The flow rate is precisely controlled by a closed-loop system that includes a flow sensor, pressure sensor, PLC (Programmable
Logic Controller), and frequency inverter. The flow sensor
continuously monitors the flow rate and pressure, providing
real-time data to the PLC. Using this data, the PLC adjusts the
frequency of the inverter, which regulates the speed of the water
pump to achieve the exact flow rate required for each specific
test. Additionally, the system incorporates a Panasonic servo motor coupled with a gear reducer to drive the rotational motions
necessary for the testing procedures. This setup ensures accurate
and reliable performance during testing.
