Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell 200kg 300kg 500kg With M8 Threaded Rod Miniature Tension Compression Load Cell FLN is made of stainless steel based on strain gauge technology with mV/V output, threaded inline load cell FLN offers 0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-20kg / 0-50kg / 0-100kg / 0-200kg / 0-300kg / 0-500kg eight rated measuring ranges to choose from. M8/M4 threaded rods located on both end can be used to install attachments,such as eye bolt,bolt adapter,etc.,to fit requirement of different applications.Compact size makes in-line load cell FLN applicable for tension and compression force measurement applications where mounting space is limited. A force sensor is a transducer that converts force acting on it into electronic signal which is proportional to the applied force.The acting force causes deformation of the measuring element,the bonded strain gage deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply,the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally,thus the force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the load cell. Miniature Tension And Compression Load Cell FLN is designed to measure force in both tension and compression direction,outputs millivolt signal ranging -12mV...+12mV, and signal amplification may be required for most applications, a load cell signal conditioner can be used to get -5-5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA signal proportional to applied force. The amplified output then can be easily processed by PLCs and data acquisition software.The force can be displayed through force indicator, force meter FPT is integrated with high accuracy/low noise 24 bit Sigma-Delta ADC, sampling speed up to 960Hz makes it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement; FPT also supports Modbus RTU protocol with RS485 or RS232 communication port, amplified signal 0-5V,0-10V,0-20mV or 4-20mA is also achievable from FPT.

Example one: Miniature Tension Compression Sensor FLN-200kg working with -10-10V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-200kg compression load VS 0-10V output, 0-200kg tension load VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the error, 1V output corresponds to 20kg compression force, -2V output corresponds to 40kg tension force, and so on. Example two: Miniature Traction And Compression Load Cell FLN-500kg working with 4-12-20mA amplifier, the Force-Current relationship will be 0-500kg compression load VS 12-20mA output, 0-500kg tension load VS 12-4mA output, which is linear regardless of the error, 12.8mA output corresponds to 50kg compression load, 8mA output corresponds to 250kg tension load, and so on. |
