High Accuracy Single Point Load Cell FNK is a strain gauge based weight transducer which offers 0-3kg /
0-5kg / 0-10kg / 0-15kg / 0-20kg five rated measuring
ranges to choose from. High accuracy weighing sensor FNK delivers
maximum 0.02% non-linearity of the full capacity. Off center load
cell FNK is corner trimmed for platform sizes up to 200x200mm which
makes it suitable for off-center load measurement. Weight
Transducer FNK delivers stable performance within the declared
working temperature range thanks to its temperature compensation
process. Load sensor FNK utilizes strain gauges with 1000 ohms
resistance to reduce power consumption, it is designed with 2xM5
threaded holes on each end for easy installation. You may find Load
Cell Transducer FNK suitable for applications such as packaging
machines, counting scales, feeding machines, force simulators,
vending machines and so on.

A weight sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into
electrical signal which is proportional to the load being
applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the
measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms
accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
load cell which is normally within 0-30mV for
Weight Transducer FNK. Overloading is the most common cause of
loadcell failure, a load sensor is just like a spring in certain
aspects, which will be damaged if overstretched or overloaded. A
machanical stop(refer to below picture) can be used to protect the
sensor from excessive deformation. The deformation gap can be
determined by loading the sensor with rated capacity, then adjust
the meachnical stop to reach the bottom of the transducer. In most
cases, the load cell will be used to measure load at 40-80% of the
full capacity, thus the deformation distance can be adjusted using
reference load a bit higher than the target load to be measured
instead of the rated capacity.
