/ 0-60kg / 0-100kg / 0-150kg / 0-200kg / 0-300kg six rated
measuring ranges to choose from. High accuracy weighing sensor FNI
delivers maximum 0.015% non-linearity of the full capacity.
Loadcell FNI is corner trimmed for platform sizes up to 250x350mm
which makes it suitable for off-center load measurement. Load Cell
Transducer FNI delivers stable performance within the declared
working temperature range thanks to its temperature compensation
process. You may find Off Center Load Cell Sensor FNI suitable for applications such as beehive weighing
scales, intelligent warehouse management, packaging machines,

A weight sensor is a transducer that converts mechanical load into
electrical signal which is proportional to the load being
applied.The measured load or force causes deformation of the
measuring element(elastic body),the bonded strain gauge deforms
accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the
wheatstone bridge,under constant power supply, the output signal
between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the
load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the
load cell which is normally within 0-30mV for single point load cell FNI. Overloading is the most common cause of loadcell failure, a
load sensor is just like a spring in certain aspects, which will be
damaged if overstretched or overloaded. A machanical stop(refer to
below picture) can be used to protect the sensor from excessive
deformation. The deformation distance can be determined by loading
the sensor with rated capacity, then adjust the meachnical stop to
reach the bottom of the transducer. In most cases, the load cell
will be used to measure load at 40-80% of the full capacity, thus
the deformation distance can be adjusted using reference load a bit
higher than the target load to be measured instead of the rated
capacity.
