High Speed Tubular Wire-Stranding Machine for Multiplied Copper Wire​

1. Application
The machine is mainly used for bare copper, bare aluminum stranded wire, also used for multi-core insulated wire stranded.The base adopt 200 integrally welded, the upper and lower planes are processed as a whole part by a large planer, and the tubular is integrally installed on the base, making it easy to install.

2. Feature
2.1 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal stress and increase service life.

2.2 Different transmission: separate motor transmission, ground shaft transmission .
2.3 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.
2.4 The wire guiding roller in tubular is made of bearing steel, which is not easy to wear.
