Electric Tubular Stranding Machine 400mm For Cu Al Steel Wires
1. Application
The tubular stranding machine is used for stranding copper wire,
aluminum wire and insulated cable core.Rectangular square tubes are used for the main tubular
reinforcement to avoid the shaking of the single board.
2. Feature
2.1 Cage is installed on the casted plate. Stable operation and easy
installation.
2.2 The middle and end parts are supported by bearings with a
lubrication tank to the bearing in the middle of the tubular to
realize a full lubrication and also with a temperature sensor which
will make alarming when the bearing is over heated.
2.3 The tubular cage is annealed, which will reduce the internal
stress and increase service life.
2.4 Bobbins locked with mechanical pintles: one is movable and one
is fixed, or Bobbin is fasten on the axis by latch.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in
2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of
Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional
manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in
North China.
Since 2006, relying on the care and support of our customers,
Baohong Machinery has been devoted to the research and development
of wire stranding machine and laying-up machine and has made great
improvement. Now we have become the only one factory who can
develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to
be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have
independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB
Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type
Laying-up lines.
Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area
of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our
