1. Application
The machine is used for stranding the copper conductor, aluminium conductor, steel rope and control cable etc,which has reached modern advanced level in the world.

2. Main Components
The tubular type wire cable making machine is mianly composited of Central pay-off, tubular host, taping machine (optional),traction device,take-up and traversing stand, and electrical control system.

3. Advantages

3.1. Cage is installed on the casted plate. Stable operation and easy installation.

3.2 The middle and end parts are supported by bearings with a lubrication tank to the bearing in the middle of the tubular to realize a full lubrication and also with a temperature sensor which will make alarming when the bearing is over heated.

3.3 Balance testing is done by the dynamic and balancing testing instrument from Japan.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs.
