One-Component Brushable Polyurea 901A is a special polyurea system composed of prepolymers with end isocyanates and latent curing agents. After curing, the system forms a dense, high-strength, and high elongation elastic film with excellent weather resistance, waterproofing, and wear resistance, which has a wide range of applications.
>1) Excellent adhesion: It can firmly adhere to the surface of various substrates such as concrete, steel structures, wood, fiberglass, etc. >2) Excellent physical properties: high strength, high elongation, can withstand concrete crack damage, and can withstand corrosion from water, oil, and various chemical media. >3) Excellent wear resistance: Wear resistant and scratch resistant, suitable for waterproofing and protection projects such as water conservancy, power, bridges, tunnels, floors, and buildings. >4) Outstanding waterproof performance: The coating is dense, continuous, seamless, and has excellent waterproof performance. >5) Convenient construction: single component, no need for mixing ratio, easy operation, convenient construction, can be brushed and scraped.
One-Component Brushable Polyurea 901A is suitable for waterproofing projects such as bridges, high- speed railways, and highways; Water conservancy facilities such as canals, dams, and overflow surfaces; Chemical plants, marine, petroleum, petrochemical and other anti-corrosion fields; Protection of important infrastructure such as military facilities, docks, dams, and nuclear power plants.
Note: The above parameters are physical properties tested under standard sample preparation and curing conditions. Due to differences in on-site and curing conditions, the actual measured data on site may differ from the above data. Coating Method 1) Substrate processing: The surface of the coating should be free of pollutants such as water, dust, floating rust, oil stains, etc. It is generally recommended to use sandblasting or manual (mechanical) polishing for comprehensive cleaning to achieve the corresponding cleaning standards for surface cleanliness. 2) Supporting primer construction: Different matching primers can be selected for different application scenarios and substrates to achieve good adhesion between single component polyurea protective materials and substrates. The primer should be prepared and used according to the on-site needs. Brush coating or roller coating process can be used for painting until the entire construction area is coated. Natural drying: Under laboratory standard conditions (23±2℃, RH=50±5%), protective materials can only be applied after 4 hours of primer construction. It is recommended to complete the protection within 24 hours of primer construction >3) Construction of single component polyurea protective material: The construction is carried out by manual brushing or scraping, with a recommended thickness of 0.6 ± 0.2mm for a single layer, and a recommended thickness of 2-3mm (depending on user requirements).
-To fully achieve the physical and waterproof performance of the product, it is recommended to have a thickness of at least 1.5mm. -Before construction, it is necessary to repair defects such as holes, cracks, and hollows in the base layer. -Remove pollutants such as water, oil, and solid impurities from the surface of the base layer to ensure its cleanliness and dryness. -Avoid construction in adverse weather conditions such as strong winds, rain, and snow. -When working in a confined space, good ventilation should be ensured. -When using the product, follow the principle of "pour out as much as you use" and quickly seal the lid tightly. If conditions permit, nitrogen should be filled and sealed for storage. The used materials shall not be poured back into the original packaging drum.
>Storage temperature: 15-40 ℃. Confirm that the product is well sealed. Store in a cool, ventilated environment and avoid direct sunlight.
