SR-TD801 Single Component Aspartic Transparent Tiles Waterproof Coating

1. Introduction

SR-TD801 single component aspartic is a kind of sealed secondary amino polyurea resins, which meets water or contacts with moisture in the air, it starts to react and cure, and no gas is released during the reaction process, the coating is dense and bubble-free. No expansion during curing, no shrinkage after curing, environmentally friendly and non-toxic.
 
2. Characteristics

• Curing at room temperature in reaction with moisture takes about 120 minutes for tack-free and 24 hours for solid drying. Optimal maintenance time is 7 days.
• No organic solvents added 100% solid, to ensure no shrinkage in the later period. Low viscosity can partially penetrate into tile cracks.
• Comparatively high strength, tensile strength of more than 10MPa,fully cured to hardness Shore D 50.
• 0.1% very low water absorption resistance to blisters.
• Still has good adhesion on smooth glazed tiles.

6. Storage and transportation

This product should be stored at temperature 5-35 ℃ and it should be stored ino oal , cventilated, and dry warehouse, the expiration date is 12 months from the date of packaging.
