1. Specification
PPS(polyphenylene sulphide) polymer is formed by reaction of
sulphur with dichlorobenzene. PPS has both high temperature
resistance (190℃) as well excellent acid and alkali resistance, although it can be
degraded in highly oxidative environments. PPS fiber needle felt is
made of imported PPS fiber which produced by Japan, it is the
leading varieties of the high temperature fiber material, PPS
filter bag perform excellent in the application of the following
situations.
1) The working temperature is up to 190℃,short term working temperature 210℃, the melting point of 285℃, the limit oxygen index 34-35
2) The oxygen content with 10% or below
can be used
3) The place of flue gas containing
moisture
PPS has the strength to keep the integrity and intrinsic chemical
resistance, can maintain a good performance in the bad
environments, and achieve the ideal life. PPS bag is the ideal
material of filter coal boiler, incinerator ash, dust processing
and others pulse dust collectors.

Cages
1. Specification
Cages are frameworks for bags, which is the bone of bags and
supports the bags running. Both bags and cages are the most
important element for bag houses. Star Cages are welded by
special supporting rings (Spiders). We have own stretch line, cut
line, weld line, coating line and check equipment. Providing a wide
range of star filter cages for bag house collector, which improve
the performance, efficiency and bottom line of the bag house dust
collector and flue.
2. Procedure of cage making
