Star cage (called pleat cage, extend surface cage as well) is one of our major product. Our product covers 110mm-150mm diameter, 8-12 ray/pleat styles with different supporting spider designs. We can do cage in carbon steel wire, galvanized wire and stainless steel wire. We do silicon powder coating, zinc coating or electrophoresis coating (anaphoresis) for cages to prolong service life.
For star bag, another major product, we match the right size bags and cages, we can do 120-160mm diameter, 8-12 pleats styles, kinds of felt like polyester, acrylic,aramid, PPS, P84, PTFE and so on, with kinds of finishing singeing, calendaring, oil and water proof, PTFE impregnation coating, PTFE lamination for different working conditions.

We keep own lab room and full set test facilities. Study customers' datasheet and drawing firstly together by technical department, product department and QC deparment to make sure all of us are in the same page. Our QA and QC department test every roll of felt and keep the record for tracking, our quality control colleagues test filter bag at least three times each PO for the first sample and middle exam and final inspection for shipping, also at least three times inspection for cages of vertical, coating, tension etc. if any defect happened, immediately detail check and adjust and frequency check till everything finished. All QC files will be kept for one year.
