Attention
When product used in winter, the pipe would be put in the lukewarm

for change after using, we should push down the handle and spread
on rustproof oil. Product apply to rigid plastic pipe or aluminum
plastic pipe, but not to be applied on electric cable line and
steel pipe to avoid to cause cutter damaged seriously.
Instructions for use
1) Open the handles by releasing the lock at the handle ends.
2) When cutting detail, squeeze and release the movable handle
several times until the detail is cut.
3) After use, close the working blade completely by squeezing and
releasing the movable handle, lock the connected handles.
