The SPARTAN series CNC Automatic Vision Measurement System is designed specifically for large scale repeated measuring, it is with high speed, high effcient and powerful. 

The 3 axis of SP series adopt the Easson AC servo motor system, recognized by the industry as one of the most reliable system, to make sure high speed and reliable measuring.

It widely used in dimensional accuracy measurement of various metal, mobile phone, scientific research, electronics, hardware and plastic, precision metal stamping plate, screen printing plate, acrylic plate, LCP film, PCB board, LCDTFT, glass cover plate, TP, frame of ultra-large LCD, die cutting, backlight module group, as well as for auxiliary measurements such as reverse engineering graphic R & D, design, drawing editing,laboratory inspection, etc..

Working Principle

When putting a workpiece on the work table, its image is captured and exported to the computer through transmission or reflecting lighting of the device, then by using software functions like video, measuring together with work table translating, coordinate collecting, user can take measurements like ponit, line, surface to the workpiece.

2. Fully closed-loop servo control eliminates gear transmission gap and greatly improves the repeatability of the machine.

3. Adopt the high precision and resolution ring shaped grating ruler specially developed and designed by our company for F3 Lens for full closed-loop position feedback.

4. F3 lens comes with a coaxial light source to solve the problem of insufficient illumination for deep hole measurement.

5. Fully closed-loop servo position feedback for fully automatic focusing

21 Orders Volumetric Compensation

Easson Vision Measurement Machine used with AR series Network control System which is included 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra-high-speed linear encoder reading and built-in EAD (absolute scale decoder) allow AR series system to use our  AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.

2D / 3D Multiple Measurement

Vision measuring machines can cooperate with the UK Renishaw high precision touch probe for 2D / 3D multiple measurement. Function features: Height measurement, Plane measurement, Sphere measurement, Cylinder measurement, Cone measurement, Inner circle measurement, Inner cylinder measurement etc.
