AT -3020 CNC Automatic Vision Measurement machine is specifically designed for Batch testing 7 x 24 hours, it is with high speed, high effcient and powerful. 

The 3 axis of AT series adopt the Easson AC servo motor system, recognized by the industry as one of the most reliable system, to make sure high speed and reliable measuring.

The features of AR- 3 system are as follows:

F3 high precision closed loop auto zoom lens

Combine with the high precision, high resolution ring scale developed and designed by Easson's F3 lens, full closed-loop position feedback, the image multiple repetition error caused by the gear transmission gap is eliminated to Improve the repeatability of the overall measurement.

F3 Lens of Z axis use a servo motor control independent up and down, without the sheet metal cover any movement. 

21 Orders Volumetric Compensation

Easson Vision Measuring Machine using AR3 Network control System which included 21 orders volumetric compensation, with Ultra high speed linear encoder reading and built-in absolute code decoder of AS-80 high precision absolute scale, providing high accuracy and high resolution measurement.
