Product Application:
The Railway Turntable is used for the transferring of the wheelsets on the crossing tracks. rotation and lifting operation after the wheelset disassembled from the bogie. It can meet the requirements of manual inspection, grinding, measurement, flaw detection and other operations.

Main Features:

1) The Railway Turntable is used for the transferring of the wheelsets on the crossing tracks.

2) The turntable is designed with a max lifting height 150 mm.

3) The operation is controled on the control console.

4) Manually control the buttons to turn the turntable and stop it at any required angle.

5) The turntable can be turned in clockwise or counter clockwise.

6) The turntable mainly consists of lifting mechanism, turning mechanism, electrical control system and anti-slip patten plate, etc.

7) The turntable is overall steel structure. It applies finite element technology to analyze the deformation of the structure under various stress conditions, and optimize the design to make the overall structure of the turntable reasonable, safe and reliable with good rigidity.

Warranty & After-sale Service:

1) The warranty lasts for 1 (one) year from the date of the Site Acceptance Test of the machine.

2) During the warranty, the Manufacturer shall be responsible for the damage due to the defects in design and manufacture.

3) After the warranty period, the Manufacturer will provide a wide range of technical support and spare parts with reasonable prices.
