perfect for large patterns and complex designs. Utilizing advanced DMD DLP imaging technology, the CTS1010V effortlessly handles a range of thicknesses for both solvent-based and water-based emulsions, from 3μm to 15μm (solvent-based) and 3μm to 300μm (water-based), catering to diverse production requirements. The dynamic focusing system ensures consistent image quality across the entire exposure area, while a raster capability of up to 133 lines per inch (LPI) makes fine lines and details even more distinct. In terms of efficiency, the CTS1010V offers an exposure time of just 120 to 240 microseconds per raster line, using a #350 yellow mesh, with resolution options including 1270dpi, 2540dpi, and an optional 1270dpi (vector), providing flexibility to suit your creative needs. It supports a variety of file formats, including 1-bit Tiff, Gerber, and PDF vector files, making the transition from design to production smoother. Equipped with a high-performance UV laser with a wavelength of 405±5nm, the CTS1010V offers three laser power options: 20W, 25W, and 30W, ensuring efficient and stable exposure results. With compact dimensions (458*1570mm, please refer to the table for height information to avoid inconsistencies in the text), and a net weight of 450kg, it's easy to install and maintain. For optimal operation, the CTS1010V is recommended for use in a yellow light room, kept clean, with a room temperature controlled at 22±2°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 70% (no condensation). Power requirements are single-phase 110V/220V, 50/60Hz, with a power consumption of 4kW, and compressed air at 0.5MPa is required.
