Hydrocarbons Monitoring In Water-PAH Analyzer Fluorescence Method

Hydrocarbons Monitoring in Water-PAH AnalyzerA PAH sensor, which stands for Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon sensor, is a device used to detect the presence and concentration of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in a given environment. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are organic compounds composed of multiple fused aromatic rings, and they are often found as pollutants in the environment due to incomplete combustion of organic materials such as coal, oil, gas, and wood. PAH sensors typically utilize various detection techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, or electrochemical methods to quantify PAH levels. These sensors are important tools in environmental monitoring, particularly in assessing air and water quality, as PAHs are known to be carcinogenic and can have harmful effects on both human health and the environment.
Desun Uniwill PAH Measurement Sensors, designed for detecting Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons, is a cutting-edge device revolutionizing environmental monitoring. PAHs are organic pollutants with diverse sources, emphasizing the critical need for real-time monitoring to control pollution and assess associated risks effectively.
Desun Uniwill Online PAHs (Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons) Sensor works in the measuring principle of UV fluorescence, it’s more sensitive and specific than the conventional infrared scattering or absorption methods. This makes it possible to determine the smallest traces of PAHs, e.g. in drinking water, but also in cooling water condensates. It has an RS-485 interface that allows easy and fast sensor configuration via Modbus.
Features:

Technical parameters
There are two measurement modes to choose from:
1. Analyzer mode, Combine the instrument with a flow-through tank to lead the liquid into the glass tube for measurement.
2. Probe mode, Online measurement of PAH (oil) content in water by UV fluorescence method with fast response and high sensitivity. No need for sampling and sample preparation, no reagents. Can be connected to supporting instrumentation, and can achieve 4-20mA analog output, to achieve a variety of control methods.
The field of application ranges from petrochemistry, and leakage detection in cooling and wastewater streams to environmental monitoring.
Desun Uniwill specializes in the design, development, and manufacture of a range of water quality monitoring sensors and controllers. PAH sensors are our latest sensors and are mainly used in marine exhaust gas cleaning systems.
Our main products include dissolved oxygen sensor, PH sensor, ORP sensor, turbidity sensor, conductivity sensor, COD sensor, ammonia nitrogen sensor, sludge concentration sensor, chlorophyll sensor, blue-green algae sensor, oil in water sensor, PAH Sensor, nitrate sensor, multi-parameter water quality sensor, etc. With an experienced and professional team, we have exported our products to more than 30 countries and regions worldwide, especially in South America and Southeast Asia.
