Differential Bevel Gear Set Non-Parallel Intersection Transmission
The key to the principle of non-parallel intersection axis gear is:
- Helical tooth design: The tooth is spiral around the circumference, so that the gear
teeth gradually contact and engage smoothly, and the force can be
transmitted efficiently even if the shaft is not orthogonal.
