Double Mechanical Seal version available as W03DU. Most commonly used on twin lobe pumps found extensively in Food
Process, Dairy and Brewery Industries. Available in Food Grade

examination before sale. To avoid damage, do not disassemble and
clean parts again before installation. Step 1: The fitting allowance between seal and shaft is dl h6 0.8. Ensure
leading-in edge at shaft end. Outside diameter at screw position
should be 0.1-0.2mm smaller to resist screw over-tightening.
Lubricate shaft with oil. Step 2: Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
Verification: After complete installation, turn shaft by hand to check rotation.
If shaft does not rotate smoothly, seal has been improperly
