Preparation Requirements

Shaft Outside Diameter tolerance: ±0.05mm
Shaft run out: <0.1mm
Shaft end float: <0.13mm
No sharp edges on the shaft over the O-ring

Installation Instructions

During installation, avoid scratching or damaging the O-ring. If any damage occurs, contact us for replacement.

Cartridge seals are cleaned and leak-tested before sale. Do not disassemble before installation.
Ensure shaft fitting allowance is d1 h6 0.8. Lubricate shaft with oil.
Place cartridge seal into pump chamber, then:
- Tighten four flange bolts, ensuring medium leading hole "G" is at top position
- Tighten four set screws to position shaft sleeve
- Remove four gauge plates (keep for future use)
- Connect medium lead-in pipe to hole "G" for cooling and flushing

After installation, manually rotate shaft to check for smooth rotation. If rotation is not smooth, seal was improperly installed.
