anti-corrosion agents Usage: Petroleum Paste is mainly used as a primer before applying petrolatum tapes. It can penetrate existing rust, displace moisture, pacify the surface, and aid the adhesion of tapes and mastic. By doing so, it prolongs the useful life of the tape and mastic. Applying on Complicated and Uneven Surfaces: If you need to use PETRO PASTE on a complicated and uneven surface, you can use it as a filler in valve, flange, and unevenness where came out space when tape wrapping.
