Zero Dynamic’s 10 Ton Hard-bearing Dual drive Centrifugal Ventilator, Dust Blower Impeller, Large Motor Rotor Balancing Machine has two driving modes: universal joint drive and belt drive. Universal joint drive is suitable for workpieces with irregular shape, while belt drive is suitable for cylindrical workpieces with simple shape. This balancing machine can be widely used for dynamic balance inspection of motor rotors, fan impellers, water pumps, drying cylinders, rollers and other workpieces with weights of 500-10,000kg, journal diameter ranging from Φ25 to Φ140/Φ140 to Φ280 and diameters of 3 m.

Zero Dynamic’s 10 Ton Hard-bearing Dual drive Centrifugal Ventilator, Dust Blower Impeller, Large Motor Rotor Balancing Machine adopts a split bed, and the position of the bed and the support pedestals can be adjusted according to the diameter and length of the product, which makes the machine compatible with a wider range of products. The support pedestals and bed are made of casting iron, which have sufficient rigidity and stability. The support pedestals has strong anti-static pressure resistance, and can generally be overloaded by more than 20% under the premise of sufficient driving capacity of the equipment. Zero Dynamic's self-developed dynamic balancing software covers all the functions of the most balancing machine software, and the operation adopts the menu structure, with text prompts for all the operation steps. The software has a self-test function, which can perform dual-channel self-test on the acquisition card at different speed of 500/1000/2000.

4.1 Split bed design, compatible with a wider range of product diameters and lengths.

4.2 55kw universal joint drive motor and 18.5kw belt drive motor, high power motor provides sufficient power, so that the equipment can drag the rotor of greater weight to the required balancing speed.

4.3 Reliable equipment quality. The equipment uses frequency conversion speed control system, motor soft start and soft stop has little impact on the equipment, prolonging the service life of the equipment.

4.4 The gearbox seat part of the equipment bed adopts the whole casting frame with high stability and reliability, and the mechanical gearbox can be moved forward and backward by 20mm to facilitate the docking and separation of workpieces and universal joints.

4.5 The universal joints are precision-machined, concentrically corrected and balanced. This greatly reduces the impact of the universal joints on the balance of the workpiece when balancing, to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece balance.

4.6 The software is equipped with the function of calculating the allowable unbalance value. Operator only needs to input the allowable balancing grade of the workpiece, the weight of the workpiece, working speed, and the radius, and then click on the calculation to get the allowable unbalance value of the workpiece.

4.7 The rollers on the support pedestals are made of bearing steel, and the hardness of the whole salt bath quenching has reached HRC55 or above; the support surface of the rollers is ground and then polished, and the radial runout is small and then matched with precision roller bearings, which makes the workpiece run more smoothly and causes less interference with the measurement signal.

4.8 The balancing software has a wealth of expansion functions, including: software with angle tracking function, software with automatic positioning function, drive shaft multi-axis software.
