1. Equipment Description Zero Dynamic’s 20-ton wind turbine rotor dynamic balancing machine is a kind of large universal joint drive universal balancing machine used for detecting and correcting the unbalance problem of rotating workpieces, which can be used for the balancing inspection of various large rotors, such as steam turbine rotor, wind turbine rotor and water turbine rotor. Its structural dimensions, load-bearing range and various technical parameters meet the dynamic balancing requirements for rotors of permanent magnet semi-direct-drive and doubly-fed motors from 10,000kg to 20,000kg. It has the advantages of high efficiency, accurate precision, intuitive display and reliable quality.
Zero Dynamic’s 20-ton wind turbine rotor dynamic balancing machine can meet the workpiece with journal diameter range of Φ55-560mm. The equipment adopts casting base bed and antimagnetic stainless steel upper support pedestal, with sufficient rigidity and stability. The pedestals has strong hydrostatic pressure resistance, and can generally be overloaded by more than 20% under the premise of sufficient driving capacity of the equipment. The rollers on the pedestals are made of bearing steel, the overall salt bath quenching hardness has reached more than HRC55. The roller support surface is ground and then polished with a small radial runout and precision roller bearings, making the workpiece run more smoothly and causing less interference with the measurement signal. The equipment is also equipped with a fully enclosed anti-magnetic shield. It's equipped with 400kw/Z4 series DC speed motor to realize stepless regulation, with Siemens 6RA80 full digital DC debugging device, four-quadrant with cut-off control.
2. Technical Parameters:
4.1 Cast base bed, anti-magnetic stainless steel upper pendulum frame, fully enclosed anti-magnetic shield. 4.2 Able to meet the shaft diameter range of Φ55-560mm and the maximum diameter of 3000mm workpieces respectively. 4.3 The universal joints are precision machined, concentrically corrected and balanced. This greatly reduces the influence of the universal joint on the workpiece during balance measurement and ensures the precision of workpiece balancing. 4.4 The universal coupling catch plate is installed with synchronized rotating scale marking, which is easy to find the angle of unbalance. 4.5 The pedestals can move along the bed and stop at any part above the bed, so the equipment can balance any length of workpiece within the effective length. 4.6 Equipped with 400kw/Z4 series DC speed control motor to realize stepless speed control. 4.7 Equipped with Siemens 6RA80 all-digital DC debugging device, four-quadrant with cut-off control. 4.8 Software has double-face dynamic balancing measurement, spectrum analysis and vibration value tracking display function. The unit of vibration value can be switched between "displacement value μm", "vibration speed value mm/s" and "acceleration value mm/s²".
