Water-Cooled Cable Product Introduction1. Product OverviewWater-cooled cable is the core conductive connecting component for
submerged arc furnaces, ferroalloy furnaces, industrial silicon
furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, refining furnaces and various
high-current metallurgical electric furnaces. It undertakes the
transmission of large current between short net, electrode holder
and transformer secondary side. Conventional bare copper cables generate severe heat under high
current, leading to temperature rise, large power loss, easy aging
and frequent replacement. Our water-cooled cable adopts internal
circulating water cooling structure, which rapidly takes away joule
heat generated during current transmission. It features low
temperature rise, low resistance loss, stable conductive
performance and long service life. It is widely matched with
6300kVA–63000kVA full range of metallurgical electric furnaces, and
is an essential part of furnace short network energy-saving
