Descriptions
STY-2 eddy current testing machine can carry out hardness sorting
and flaw detection simultaneously, used in industrial applications
to perform simultaneous hardness and flaw inspections on materials.
Because ferromagnetic substances can sense a certain current value
in the alternating magnetic field. Our probe emits a uniform
magnetic field, and the current induced in the magnetic field is
not the same for the workpiece with the same size and different
hardness and cracks in the surface. STY-2 eddy current testing
machine compares the current values induced by the workpiece and
standard samples, displaying results as magnetic flux on the
computer screen. This enables distinction of hardness cracks in
same-sized workpieces.

- STY-2 eddy current testing machine is multi-functional. The
instrument inspects the workpiece after testing its hardness. If
the hardness is not qualified, flaw detection will not be
performed.
- Qualified products will be passed thourgh both hardness and
inspection tests. Any unqualified workpiece is automatically
seperated by the robot arm and placed on a different transmission
track.
- The surface state of measured workpieces MUST be consistent, with identical specifications and sizes.
- Some processing error is allowed within relevant standards.
