Roll on bottle is a personal care product container, with its core design being a precision ball that is embedded in the bottle mouth and can rotate freely 360 degrees.
The bottle body, usually made of glass,the shape is made of different frosted glass and can be blown into any shape you want. The snap-on cap creates a leak-proof seal via an internal ring gasket. The inverted fill design allows for easy assembly and minimizes air bubbles. The stainless steel ball is non-absorbent and chemically resistant.No spills, drips, or sticky fingers for a clean experience.

Injection molding: The bottle body, bottle cap, and ball seat can all be integrated through injection molding, with high production efficiency and low cost.
Multi layer co extrusion technology: It can produce multi-layer composite plastic bottle bodies, with high barrier materials (such as EVOH) added to the middle layer to enhance the protection of easily permeable products such as essential oils.
Elastic body sealing technology: using the elasticity of plastic ball seats to hold the ball tightly and achieve sealing. There are requirements for the elasticity and wear resistance of plastics.
Ultrasonic welding: commonly used to weld ball seat components to the bottle body to ensure sealing and structural strength.

Without customization, moq is 1000 pieces, while with customization, 5000 pcs.

3.  What customization services can you provide?  

Screen printing, electroplating, painting, hot stamping, sticker, boxes, etc.

 Logo: File in AI or PDF format. Please note in the AI file, pictures need to be embedded and letters outlined.

4. How products are packed?

A. Without customization, common carton box.

B. With customization, carton box plus individual slots.

C. Negotiable if bubble wrap, wooden structure or other special package requested.
