The glass bottle production line is an integrated automated manufacturing system that encompasses multiple processes. The core focuses on three main modules: "raw material transformation - shaping and forming - quality control", enabling efficient conversion from raw powder materials to qualified glass bottles. The production line begins with raw material preparation: mixing core raw materials like quartz sand, soda ash, and limestone in precise proportions, grinding them into uniform powder, and then transporting it to the melting kiln via a conveyor belt to ensure the purity and accuracy of the raw materials, laying the foundation for the quality of the glass.
Next comes the high-temperature melting stage: the powder material is continuously melted in a pool kiln at temperatures above 1500°C, forming a bubble-free, uniformly transparent glass liquid.
