High Speed Solder Ball Jet Welding Table With Double Station Working Mode

The whole equipment is composed of marble combined with metal plate square tubes, which ensures that the high-speed welding machine has slight vibration and high stability. The double-station working mode is adopted to maximize the use of the solder ball ejection head to improve the welding efficiency. The welding part is equipped with a linear motor combined with a feeding and grinding module to achieve short-distance smooth start and stop, long-distance swift response, and high-standard repeat positioning accuracy to ensure welding consistency and stability. The advanced solder ball jetting technology can satisfy the soldering and welding of precision electronic components , and the ball ejecting speed can reach up to 3 balls/second, thus avoiding the disadvantages of low precision and low efficiency of the traditional electric soldering and tin wire welding.
