UW’s double-station relay laser welding table for comprises a
positioning fixture, welding three-axis, rotary structure for
blowing coaxial shielding gases, double input and output shafts,
PLC control system, laser welding system, and so on to achieve
manual loading and unloading on automatic welding. Each unit of the
welding platform is modular in design and can work independently. The ejection head is designed with an external rotating coaxial
blowing structure; According to the thickness of the welding
workpiece, the maximum welding speed is 20mm/s; The welding track
is input by CNC programming or teaching mode; The welding process
is automated; The welding program can be modified, and the
operation and modification permissions can be set; It equips
with a standard 17-inch display. Highlights - An imported fiber laser is used as the processing light source,
which has the characteristics of high energy, good beam quality,
fast welding speed, large aspect ratio, energy concentration, small
heat-affected area, and so on;
- The motion axis is driven by a servo motor, using precision ball
screws and linear guides as transmission elements with high
precision and high speed. The maximum dry running speed is
2000mm/s, and the repeated positioning accuracy is ±0.03mm/300mm;
- The control system can achieve multi-axis linkage, and the ejection
head is equipped with external coaxial blowing;
- Small in size, no consumables,and maintenance-free;
- With the industrial PC and PLC control, it is capable of spot and
linear track welding. The welding track is input by CNC programming
or teaching mode. The welding process is automated and the welding
program can be modified;
- The laser head is equipped with a collimation system for easy
connection to the fiber optic laser and an industrial CCD
monitoring system for real-time monitoring of the welding process.
