Detailed Product Description

177*13 Weather-Shielded & Vibrant Co-Extrusion Outdoor WPC Wall Panel

Product Summary

Engineered via simultaneous thermal co-extrusion, a dense, heavy-duty polymer shield encapsulate the high-strength core matrix symmetrically. This innovative armor delivers uncompromising weather defense, keeping the cladding perfectly intact against acid rain, intense UV radiation, and continuous tropical humidity. Boasting multi-chromatic natural color blending and a complete zero-maintenance profile, it serves as the ultimate design benchmark for luxury residential estates, commercial eco-resorts, and premium courtyard transformations.

About this Product

  • mpregnable Polymer Shield

    • Engineered as a high-end second-gen outdoor WPC wall panel, the co-extruded shield completely seals the composite matrix, preventing internal fiber oxidation, crumbling, and deep moisture absorption.

  • Multi-Tonal Natural Color Fade-Lock

    • The cap layer incorporates premium multi-tonal streaking and fading inhibitors, mirroring the organic uneven hues of real luxury timber while completely locking the color against UV sun bleaching.

  •  All-Weather Structural Integrity

    • Formulated to withstand drastic thermal fluctuations from arctic freezes to tropical desert heatwaves without cracking, bowing, or separating from its protective outer armor.

  • Zero Chemical Painting Maintenance

    • This capped system eliminates the lifetime need for volatile organic chemical (VOC) sealants, solvent stains, or oils, ensuring your building exterior remains pristine using only rainwater rinses.

How to Install

1.Surface Prep & Joist Layout / Base Layer Construction

Ensure the base wall is flat, dry, and structurally sound. Install a moisture barrier if necessary. Fix the substructure joists (aluminum, steel, or treated timber) vertically or horizontally depending on your panel orientation. Joist spacing (span) must be less than 50cm (ideally 35cm to 45cm) to prevent panel deflection.

2.Establish Ventilation & Air Gap

Ensure a continuous air gap of at least 25mm behind the panels. This allows supply air to enter from the bottom and exit from the top, preventing trapped moisture, mold, and heat buildup behind the facade.

3.Fixing the First Panel

Install the starter clips or position the first WPC panel at the base or corner of the wall. Use flat-head self-tapping stainless steel screws to secure the female/male joint point directly onto the joist frame. Use level tools to ensure it is perfectly plumb.

4.Interlocking Panels & Expansion Gaps

Slide the next panel into the groove of the previous one. Crucial EEAT Requirement: Due to natural thermal expansion and contraction, if installing under 20°C, a 2mm to 5mm gap is strictly required at each butt joint (end-to-end connection) where two wall panels meet. Use extra joists at the ending of each panel to support joint points.

5.Trims & Edge Finishing

Install matching WPC corner trims, L-profiles, or fascia boards to cover exposed edges, windowsills, and door frames, sealing the system nicely against water ingress while maintaining a sleek aesthetic.

Gap is King

Never butt panels tight end-to-end; leave a 2-5mm thermal expansion gap. Always leave 25mm space behind the panels for airflow.

Solid Base

Do not screw directly into concrete. Max joist spacing: 50cm.

FAQ

Q1: Does this second-generation outdoor WPC wall panel trap heat on the building facade during summer?

A1: No. Our second-generation shield is engineered with advanced heat-reflective color pigments. Compared to traditional first-generation dark composites, this co-extrusion panel reflects a higher percentage of infrared light, helping to maintain a cooler ambient surface and reducing heat transfer into the building.

Q2: Can we install the second-gen co-extrusion panel directly in contact with garden soil?

A2: While the polymer shield provides unmatched water and rot resistance making it highly moisture-proof, we technically recommend maintaining a minimum 50mm clearance from the soil. This ensures the mandatory 25mm rear air gap remains unobstructed, allowing proper ventilation and drainage behind the facade.

Q3: How do I remove localized grease or barbecue oil splatters from the co-extrusion wall panel?

A3: Because the shield layer is completely non-porous, oil and grease cannot sink into the wood fibers. Simply apply standard household dishwashing soap directly onto the oil splatters, let it sit for a few minutes to break down the grease, then wipe it away with a soft cloth and rinse with warm water.

Q4: Is the polymer armor shell safe for eco-conscious architectural projects?

A4: Yes, 100%. The high-performance polymer used for the outer armor is chemically inert, entirely non-toxic, and fully recyclable. It does not contain or release any heavy metals, phthalates, or dangerous chemical preservatives into the surrounding soil or air, making it perfect for eco-villas and green builds.
