SVR-V Series Vertical Curing Oven Production Streamlined
SVR-V series on-line vertical oven, newly upgraded
design, more humanized. With segmented heating and independent
temperature control, the heating is more efficient and temperature
control is more accurate. The transportation system is stable and
reliable, and the operation and maintenance are convenient,
automatic loading and unloading, intelligent production, high
production efficiency. Small size, which effectively shorten the
length of production line. The vertical oven SVR-V series are even
more advantageous for the curing applications of long boards, up to

Options:
Cooling unit
- Equipped with a cooling docking conveyor after the oven(option:
water chiller for quick cooling);
- Equipped with a cooling stocker after the oven, large storage
quantity.
Nitrogen system
Equip with Nitrogen regulating flowmeter and the
oxygen analyzer.
Heating system
Available for 4 modules, 8 modules, 12 modules
Conveyor system
The storage quantity and the spacing between boards
can be customized according to the production process.
Rack
Space can be reserved for the bottom fixture return
line.

stage and constant temperature stage.

Notices:
1.Power requirements:
①Three phase five wire: voltage 380V, frequency 50/60HZ;
②The wire diameter requirement is 16mm², with a leakage protection

3.External ventilation requirements:
