Advantage 1: Stabilizer bar is an important part of automobile. Its shape is
complex, and most of them are three-dimensional. The stabilizer bar
is mainly divided into two kinds, one is solid bar, the other is
hollow bar. Manufacturing process has two kinds: hot forming and
cold forming. The heating equipment is mainly used for cold forming
process (heating equipment in the hot forming process adopts my
company's intermediate frequency induction heating equipment) Advantage 2: For cold forming, the rod has been formed before heating, and the
stabilizer bar' s shape is three-dimensional and complex. So the
method of straight rod heating cannot be used to heat with medium
frequency furnace. The device clamps both ends of the formed
stabilizer bar with electrodes and realizes heating by the
resistance of the stabilizer bar itself. Fast heating speed, not
affected by the shape of the stabilizer bar, one machine can heat a
variety of shapes of the stabilizer bar.
