Used for heating different shapes and models of solid or hollow car
stabilizer bar, also can be used for other solid or hollow metal bar heating.
Features:All kinds of three-dimensional stabilizer bar can be heated. PLC program control, operation. Infrared temperature measurement, automatic temperature control.
There will be no over-burning and low temperature phenomenon,
product quality is stable. Equipped with chuck automatic sliding mechanism, the stabilizer bar
will not be deformed during heating.
Advantage:Stabilizer bar is an important part of automobile. Its shape is
complex, and most of it is three-dimensional. The stabilizer bar is mainly divided into two kinds, one is solid
bar, the other is hollow bar. Manufacturing process has two kinds of hot forming and cold
forming, the equipment is mainly used for cold forming process for
