Product Description
This pet diaper production line pays attention to the fine
production process. In the raw material pretreatment stage,
nano-fiber processing technology is used to refine the fiber to a
level more suitable for pet skin contact and enhance the softness
of the product. In the process of water absorption core system, the
layered composite technology is used to accurately control the
proportion of each layer of materials, so that the water absorption
rate is increased by 50%, and can effectively prevent reverse
osmosis, providing a dry and comfortable experience for pets. Each
process of the production line is closely connected, and through
high-precision mechanical control, the dimensional accuracy of the
product is controlled within a small error range during the molding
process, which greatly improves the product pass rate.
