Equipment maintenance facilitation
Modular design and fast maintenance: The pet diaper production line adopts the modular design concept,
which divides the equipment into a number of independent functional
modules, such as raw material processing module, molding module,
packaging module, etc. Each module has its own function and is
designed for easy disassembly and installation. Once a module
fails, technicians can quickly locate and replace the corresponding
module, eliminating the need for large-scale disassembly of the
entire production line, significantly reducing maintenance time.
For example, when there is a problem with the edge sealing device
of the packaging module, the module where the device is located can
be directly replaced, and the maintenance can be completed within
1-2 hours to ensure that the production line can quickly resume
operation.
Equipment self-diagnosis and early warning system: equipped with advanced equipment self-diagnosis and early warning
system, real-time monitoring of the operating status of key
components of equipment through sensors, such as motor temperature,
vibration, wear degree of transmission components, etc. The system
uses the data analysis algorithm to analyze the monitoring data in
real time, and once the potential failure risk is found, the early
warning information is immediately issued. For example, when the
temperature of a motor is detected to be abnormally high and a
failure may occur soon, the system will issue an early warning 2-3
hours in advance to remind maintenance personnel to check and deal
with it in time, avoid sudden equipment failure leading to
shutdown, and reduce equipment maintenance costs and production
losses.
