  • This profile is formed from 1.5–2.0mm galvanized steel, designed with symmetrical, clean angles suitable for metal door and window framing. 3. Production Process

  • 3T Hydraulic Decoiler With Leveler → Limiter →Guiding → Hydraulic Punching → Secondary Guiding System → Roll Forming Machine → Straightener → Dual-Angle Saw Cutting System
  • The line starts with a compact hydraulic decoiler and leveler, followed by accurate hydraulic punching. A second guiding section ensures alignment after deformation. The 14-roller forming section uses a guide-column frame for easy adjustment. Final angled saw cutting ensures clean, precise ends ideal for direct door frame assembly without secondary processing.
