Design
After order confirmation, our engineers design each roller’s dimension and shape based on the customer’s drawings, confirming the parameters of each machine part to ensure alignment with client requirements.

Manufacturing
The manufacturing department schedules production and processing of each part, submitting orders for outsourced components to the procurement team. All departments collaborate closely and track orders to minimize production time.

Assembly
Once each part is manufactured, the assembly process begins. The production line is built step by step, starting from the machine frame, shafts, rollers, wall panels, cast-iron stands, chains, gearboxes, motors, shears, to the electrical cabinets.

Testing and Commissioning
After assembly, the production line is moved to the testing workshop where we perform commissioning using steel coils that match the customer's actual production needs. This ensures the forming shape, cutting length, and hole punching precision all meet customer expectations.

Raw Material Inspection

· Material testing for steel plates, gears, and bearings

Processing Accuracy Control

Role: Responsible for the actual production of cold roll forming machines, including parts processing, machine assembly, and equipment fabrication. Ensures high precision and quality standards during production.

Quality Control Department
