• The W panel is made from 3-4mm cold-rolled steel, featuring a distinct W-shape for maximum strength. • Decoiler → Guide → Leveling → Hydraulic Punching → Guide → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter

• The steel roll is first uncoiled and guided into the leveling machine, which flattens the steel. After leveling, hydraulic punching creates holes as needed. The steel passes through a guide before entering the roll former, which shapes it. Finally, the hydraulic cutter cuts the panel to the required length.
