The intelligent cleaning equipment specially designed for CNC
machining hardware (bearings / gears / valve bodies / precision
molds) integrates three core modules: dual-frequency ultrasonic oil
removal, high-pressure air knife water cutting, and gradient hot
air drying, and achieves 99.8% oil removal rate and 0.1mm blind
hole without residue for cutting fluid (mineral oil/synthetic
ester), abrasive paste (Al₂O₃-based), metal chips (≤50μm) and other
pollutants. The equipment is compatible with 5-500mm size
workpieces, which can meet the high-precision cleaning needs of
metal electroplating, spraying and assembly, and the surface
resistivity of the workpiece after drying is > 10^10Ω, so as to
prevent secondary pollution from affecting the subsequent process.

28kHz 40kHz dual-frequency resonance
▶ Low-frequency permeabilization (28kHz): High-power cavitation
bubbles (80-100μm diameter) crush high-viscosity cutting fluid
films, and dissolve 95% of paraffin-based contaminants within 15
minutes with constant temperature cleaning at 55°C (temperature
control accuracy ±1°C).
▶ High-frequency chip cleaning (40kHz): small cavitation bubbles
(diameter 30-50μm) shake to peel off metal chips and abrasive
particles, with an ultrasonic power density of 1.2W/cm², and no
residue on the inner wall of deep holes (depth-to-diameter ratio
>8:1).
Design for the protection of structural parts
✔ The cleaning tank is lined with 304 stainless steel polypropylene
(PP) (thickness 5mm), which is resistant to solvent-based cleaning
agents such as kerosene/alcohol to prevent electrochemical
corrosion of aluminum/titanium alloy workpieces
✔ Ultrasonic transducer matrix distribution (spacing 70mm), with
deflector design, the acoustic field uniformity in the tank is >
96%
2. Intelligent circulating filtration
Three-stage filtration system:
(1) 50μm stainless steel primary filtration (interception of bolts
and gaskets left by CNC machining)
(2) 10μm sintered metal cartridge (captures Fe/Al metal powder)
(3) Magnetic filter (adsorption of iron-based particles, magnetic
flux ≥ 5000 gauss)
Real-time monitoring of turbidity sensor (accuracy ±0.5NTU) with
automatic backwash triggering (response within 10 seconds when
contamination is exceeded)
Intelligent control system
1. Whole-process automation
Workpiece recognition system: The industrial camera (resolution 5
million pixels) automatically recognizes the workpiece type
(bearing/gear/mold) and matches the corresponding cleaning basket
tooling (positioning accuracy ±0.5mm)
Human-computer interface: The 12-inch touch screen supports 3D
process simulation, and displays 20 parameters such as ultrasonic
power curve, air knife pressure, and drying temperature in real
time

SPC report with pre- and post-cleaning weight difference and
particle size detection data for each batch, supporting MES system
integration (ISO 9001:2015 compliant)
Real-time monitoring of equipment status: vibration sensor to
