DOWSIL™ 3145 is a one-part, clear, room-temperature-curing silicone sealant compliant with MIL-A-46146 Group II TY I military standards. It features high tensile strength (864 psi), high elongation (626%), and excellent electrical properties (dielectric strength 485 V/mil), making it ideal for sealing and assembly in electronic devices.

DOWSIL™ 3145 cures without mixing or heating, achieving tack-free in ~63.8 minutes at 25°C and >90% physical properties within 24-72 hours. Its non-flow特性 (0.092-inch slump) and low viscosity (168 Pa-sec at 10/s) enable precise dispensing, while offering superior unprimed adhesion to metals, ceramics, and glass (lap shear strength 336 psi on aluminum).
